In order to successfully register and complete your Carnival Package booking with Carnival Luxe you must:

  1. Complete the Registration Form
  2. Have a consultation with a team member to determine your needs if any of the pre-designed packages do not fit your specific needs; 
  3. Choose a package from the available options or other package created by Carnival Luxe for you;
  4. Execute and submit the Terms of Service Agreement along with a non-refundable deposit;
  5. Pay the remaining Balance by the date specified by Carnival Luxe in your consultation.  

In addition, payment plans may be arranged.  

PLEASE NOTE THAT YOUR REGISTRATION WILL ONLY BE COMPLETE AND VALID WHEN THE ENTIRE REQUIRED DEPOSIT AMOUNT IS ISSUED.  Any deposits not submitted by slated deadlines may not be valid and fees may apply for late payments; including but not limited to, forfeiture of monies paid and package. Further, please pay special attention to the package type and room configuration; as all reservations that include lodging, except single bookings are per person within the slated occupancy amount and require booking of all spots within the relevant room type by deposit or full payment, as applicable, within 24 hours of the initial reservation. Please let us know if you would like to be put in contact with other individual travelers or the like.  

Please also note that packages that include costumes are non-refundable in terms of costume costs as costumes are custom-made items and; as such, once a down payment is made such portion of costs is non-refundable.
